Đây sẽ là món ăn vô cùng thích hợp cho những ngày hè nóng nực. Đó chính là món thịt gà cuộn rau củ giòn ngon, tươi mát. Cũng không quá khó để chế biến nhé!
Giã nhỏ mè trắng rang. Sau đó chuyển mè giã sang 1 chén, tiếp theo mài nhỏ nữa củ gừng và 2 tép tỏi vào.
Thêm vào chén các nguyên liệu: 45g đường, 45ml nước tương, 30ml giấm, 10ml dầu mè, 10ml sa tế vào, trộn đều, để sang một bên.
Cắt hành lá thành 3 khúc. 1/2 củ gừng còn lại cắt lát. Cà rốt, dưa leo bào sợi dài. Các loại rau rửa sạch, để ráo.
Thịt gà cắt thành các lát có độ dày khoảng 1.5 cm. Trong một nồi nhỏ, thêm nước, 5g muối và rượu sake vào, cho hành, gừng vào đun sôi. Ngay khi nước sôi, cho gà vào trong nồi, đun nhỏ lửa, đậy vung. Luộc gà trong 15 phút.
Gà chín, cho gà ra tô, bọc màng bọc lại, để nguội. Khi gà nguội, dùng tay xé thịt gà.
Khi ăn, dùng tay nhúng vào chén nước ấm, rồi vuốt lên bánh tráng, cho xà lách, thịt gà, lá bạc hà, cà rốt, dưa leo lên trên bánh, cuộn lại.
Sau cùng chỉ việc chấm với nước chấm và thưởng thức nhé!
